EXPLANATION

Synopsis is an age-old game that requires skill and cunning. Rearrange your cards to form sets (cards of the same rank) and runs (sequential cards of the same suit), while minimizing "useless" cards that do not fit into sets or runs. The game concludes once a player achieves the target score, commonly 100 points, turning it into a battle of wits as you strive to outwit your opponent and emerge victorious.


DIRECTIONS

  1. Objective: Reduce the number of "useless" cards in your hand by forming sets and runs.
  • Sets: Collections of cards with identical ranks (e.g., three 7s).
  • Runs: Consecutive cards in the same suit (e.g., 4, 5, 6 of Hearts).
  1. Scoring:
  • The opponent's remaining worthless cards are added to your score.
  • Knocking or "going gin" (no worthless cards) maximizes your points.
  1. Victory:
  • The first player to reach or exceed 100 points triumphs in the game.
  • Ensure that your opponent does not reach 100 points first!
